Can't launch a game in the 2020s without a day one patch (or close enough to it), right? :)

I have re-uploaded the files with a few fixes; oversights from a bit of moving and reorganizing things:

1. After resolving a false error in the Godot editor with the rear view mirror, I hadn't noticed that the mirror was now...mirrored, horizontally. It is now fixed.
2. For CPU drivers, the automatic transmission logic was called twice, causing them to double-shift on every upshift. They should now be a little more competitive.
3. Upon reviewing the differential code for the latest post in my thread on GTPlanet.net, I caught that the simple 1-way LSD did not work correctly in reverse gear. A small change, now fixed.
